1. Recruiters Network Intranet Site

This Intranet site is designed for any human resources manager or recruiter from a company, organisation or agency seeking to maximise their efforts to attract, recruit and retain employees to meet their labour needs.

This innovative site offers you free of charge:

• A network of recruiters from the region
• A bank of resumes of candidates available to work in the region
• A tool to facilitate spouse placement
• A schedule of events designed to attract labour in Québec
• A listing of placement services and traineeships from post-secondary schools in Québec
• Relevant information on human resources management or recruitment (ex. new practices, trends, training programs, etc.)

2. Recruiting Outside the Region

Valorisation Abitibi-Témiscamingue has also developed promotional tools and services to maximise the recruiting efforts of the region’s employers.

Promotional Tools:

• An Internet site promoting job offers, among others
• Promotional pamphlets on the region
• A kiosk and display boards
• Promotional items

VAT’s Team Support

In order to promote the region, VAT representatives can accompany enterprises and organisations that participate in labour recruitment events outside the region (certain conditions apply).
